Flight and Hotel Booking: We provide deals for flight and hotel bookings.
Travel Insurance: We partner with EKTA Insurance to offer travel insurance services.
Job Placement: We post job opportunities abroad and assist clients in securing employment by contacting potential employers on their behalf.
Housing Listings: We provide rental housing listings to help clients find accommodations in their destination countries.

3. Service Fees and Payment Terms

Initial Payment: Clients are required to pay 50% of the total service fee upfront when engaging our visa or residence permit application services.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% is payable upon successful approval of the visa or residence permit application by the relevant embassy or immigration authority.
Refund Policy: If a visa or residence permit application is unsuccessful, clients are entitled to a refund. However, the refund amount will be reduced to account for expenses incurred during the application process, including but not limited to administrative fees, government filing fees, and any third-party costs.
Unlimited Reapplication: In the event of a failed application, clients may opt for free, unlimited reapplications to other countries until a successful visa or residence permit is obtained. This offer is valid only for the initial scope of the application service and does not include additional or new services.

4. Visa and Immigration Applications

While D Travel Inc. strives to ensure that all visa and residence permit applications are successful, the final decision rests with the respective embassy or immigration authority. D Travel Inc. does not guarantee the approval of any visa or permit application.

Application Support: We assist with preparing and submitting documents required for visa or residence permit applications.
Responsibility of the Client: It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information during the application process. Any false or misleading information may result in the rejection of the application, for which D Travel Inc. will not be held liable.

5. Travel Services

Flight and Hotel Bookings: We offer discounted flight and hotel bookings as part of our migration support services. Bookings made through our website are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines and hotels.
Travel Insurance: Clients can purchase travel insurance through our partner, EKTA Insurance. Please refer to EKTA Insurance’s terms and conditions for details on coverage, exclusions, and claims procedures.

6. Job Placement Services

D Travel Inc. posts available jobs abroad and facilitates communication between clients and potential employers.

Job Application Support: Clients may apply for jobs through our Website, and we will reach out to employers on their behalf.
Job Guarantees: While we do our best to secure employment for our clients, D Travel Inc. does not guarantee job placement. The final decision to hire rests with the employer.

7. Housing Listings

We provide housing listings for clients relocating to their destination countries. These listings include rental properties that clients may consider upon arrival.

Rental Agreements: All rental agreements are between the client and the property owner or rental agency. D Travel Inc. acts solely as an intermediary to connect clients with available housing options. We are not responsible for the terms, conditions, or legality of any rental agreements.

8. Client Responsibilities

Accurate Information: Clients are required to provide accurate and truthful information during the visa application, job application, and housing search processes. Any inaccuracies may lead to delays or denials, and D Travel Inc. cannot be held responsible for such outcomes.
Compliance with Local Laws: Clients are responsible for adhering to the laws and regulations of their destination country, including immigration laws, employment laws, and housing regulations.

9. Cancellation Policy

Visa Services: Clients may cancel their visa application assistance services at any time. However, no refund will be issued for work that has already been completed or for non-refundable government fees.
Travel Bookings: Flight and hotel bookings may be subject to the cancellation policies of the respective airlines and hotels.
Job Placement and Housing Services: Job and housing services are non-refundable once the application or listing process has begun.

10. Liability and Disclaimers

No Guarantee of Results: D Travel Inc. does not guarantee that clients will receive a visa, residence permit, job offer, or rental property as a result of using our services. Our role is to assist and support clients, but the final decision rests with the relevant authorities and third parties.
Limitation of Liability: D Travel Inc. shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including visa denials, job rejections, or housing disputes.
